Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (STF) has
reached Kanpur with gangster Vikas Dubey in custody. He was brought to Kanpur
from Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh under strict guard. STF left him for Ujjain to
Kanpur last night. According to the information, Vikas Dubey was not arrested
by the Madhya Pradesh Police, so there was no need for transit remand. On the
instructions of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan, Vikas
Dubey was handed over to UP police.

Chauhan discussed the matter with Vikas Dubey on the phone with Uttar Pradesh
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. The Madhya Pradesh CM made public the

soon.

wife and son have also been detained in Krishnanagar area of Lucknow. His
